Sauf: 1/2 tsp
Garlic: 3-4 cloves, sliced
Kashmiri chilli powder: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder: 1/4 tsp
Garam masala: 1/4 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp or as needed
Pepper powder: A fat pinch
