Ingredients:
Fish (Sardine): 1/2 kg
Drumstick: 2
Tomato: 2, sliced
Green Chilies: 2
Tamarind: Lemon size (soak in water).
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1 to 1 1/2 tsp or accordingly.
TO GRIND:
Coconut: 1/2 cup
Small onions: 6
Kashmiri chilli powder: 1 1/2 tsp
Garlic: 4 cloves
Ginger: 1 inch
Water to grind.
Coconut oil and curry leaves.
