Ingredients:
Chicken: 750 gms
Thick curd: 3/4 cup
Garam Masala: 3/4 tsp
Pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp or as needed

Chopped coriander leaves: 2 tbsp
Kasuri methi: 1 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste: 1 1/2 tbsp
Onion: 3, finely chopped
Cream: 1/4 cup
Butter: 3 tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder: 2 1/2 tbsp (if using ordinary chilli reduce by half)
Tomato sauce/ketchup: 1/4 cup
Water: 1/2 cup
Extra coriander leaves for garnishing
1 tsp cream for garnishing
