Jeera: 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
Onion: 1, chopped
Green chilli: 1, sliced
Kashmiri chilli powder: 1 1/2 to 2 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
Garam masala: 1 tsp
Curry leaves: 2-3 sprigs
