How To Make Egg Roast:
Prep Time – 5 mins
Cooking Time – 20 mins
Serves: 4
(Tsp-Teaspoon; Tbsp-Tablespoon; Cup – 250 ml)
Ingredients:
4 boiled eggs
3 tbsp coconut oil
500 gms onion, sliced
1.5 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
3/4 tsp salt

Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add the sliced onions. Stir well and cover and cook on high flame for 2 mins.
After two mins open the lid and allow the onions to saute on medium flame for 15 mins or until they turn light golden brown in colour.
Add kashmiri chilli powder, sea salt. Reduce flame to lowest and saute on low flame for 2 mins. The raw flavour of the chilli powder will diminish.
Add the boiled eggs, stir the eggs in the onion masala for a minute. Cover the eggs with the onion masala and turn off the flame and let it sit for 10 mins.
After 10 mins serve to a plate and enjoy with appam, dosa, puttu etc.
