  • there are so many different types of chili peppers with different heat levels.. i am here in canada and the only fresh ones i can get are small red thai(bird's eye), Jalapeno, Pablano, Serrano. that's it. I think i will use Serrano…. I can order the dried Mathania red chilis in full dried pepper form… are they good for things like Vindaloo?
