INGREDIENTS:
Bhindi/okra/vendakkai: 500 gms
Onion: 1, chopped.
Tomatoes: 2, chopped.
Kashmiri chilli powder: 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder: 1/3 tsp
Garam masala: 1/2 tsp
Jeera: 1 tsp
Oil: 2-3 tbsp

Note: I used heavy bottomed cast iron skillet, heat retention is higher and since my pan is seasoned it has a non stick effect.
