Yummy Mini French Quiche

INGREDIENTS

Fried onions 750 gm
3/4 Tablespoon salt
1/4 Tbsp Turmeric powder
1 Tbsp Red chilli powder
1/4 Tbsp Shahi Jeera
1/4 Tbsp Sombu
1 1/2 Tbsp Chicken Masala
1/2 Tbsp Biryani masala ( 100 gm Cinnamon, 50 gm green cardamom, 50 gm Cloves)
4 Tbsp Curd
Mint leaves and coriander leaves
1 and quarter kg chicken
50 ml Groundnut oil
100 ml Hot water
2 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
( Big size ginger , 12 cloves Garlic, 2 big green chilli)

4 liter boiled water
salt
750 gm India gate basmati rice ( soaked)
1/2 tsp Shahi Jeera
8 green cardamom
8 cloves
2 star flower
2 Cinnamon stick
2 bay leaf
some mint and coriander leaves
1/2 tsp Sombu
1 Tbsp cooking oil
3 tsp Ghee
some soffran
