How to make Homemade Mayonnaise in Tamil/ Homemade Mayonnaise recipe in tamil/ மயோனைஸ் செய்முறை

Ingredients:
1) 2 eggs
2) 1 full lemon juice
3) Salt and sugar 1/4 tsp
4) pepper powder 1/2 tsp
5) Garlic..optional
6) 200..ml..cooking oil..
7) white viniger

Take a clean bowl..break the eggs , but lemon juice and salt and sugar too…Then pour very little oil and blend them well….When the mixer get littile bit thick…add more oil( how i but oil ..on the video) Keep blending ……with is 2 min u will get perfect Mayonnaise!!!..thankx my dear friends!!!
