half tablespoon chilli powder
half tablespoon coriander powder
quarter teaspoon cumin powder
1 full tablespoon garam masala powder
salt for teast
1 full tablespoon lemon juice
1 full tablespoon cooking oil
3 tbsp cooking
half teaspoon mustard
half teaspoon cumin seed
some fresh curry leaves
ad marinated ladies finger
