உருளைக்கிழங்கு மசாலா மிகவும் சுவையாக செய்வது எப்படி/ Potato Masala

ingredients

3 tablespoon cooking oil
half teaspoon mustard seed
quarter teaspoon perunjeeragam
quarter teaspoon seeragam
for green chilli finely chopped
some curry leaves
small size ginger and 4 to 7 garlic cloves finely chopped
250 gram potato ( chopped)
two big onion finely chopped
salt for taste
25 ml water
quarter teaspoon turmeric powder
20 ml water ( please don’t add more water)
cook them well
add some fresh coriander leaf
few drops of lemon juice
two Pinch of sugar

if you want you can add asafoetida
