15 cashew nuts
400 gram eggplant
few Fenugreek seed
half teaspoon jeeragam
half teaspoon mustard seed
one big onion finely chopped
ginger garlic paste one teaspoon
quarter teaspoon turmeric powder
Everest chili powder 1 and half teaspoon
Everest coriander powder 2 teaspoon
cashew nut paste
125 ml water
vangi bath powder
salt for taste
tamarind water 3 teaspoon
coriander leaf
