Ingredients for Rava idli/Rave idly

1. Uppittu Rave / 1 glass/250gms
2. Sour curd 1 glass
3. water half glass
4. Grated Carrot
5. Finley chopped corriander leaves
6.salt
7. Eno fruit salt/1 tsp/1 Sachet

Rave idli tempering (ingredients)
1. Oil 2 to 3 Tbsp
2. Mustard 1 Tsp
3. Channe dal 1 Tbsp
4. Cashewsnuts
5. Green chillies and fresh coconut chopped
6. Curry leaves

Ingredients for Bombay saagu/Erulli saagu
1. Oil 2 to 3 Tbsp
2. Mustard 1 tsp
3. Channedal and urad dal 1 Tbsp each
4. Sliced 2 Large onions
5. Green chillies
6.Curry leaves
7. Turmeric powder
8. Tomato
9. 1 Tbsp besan/Kadlehittu dissolved in half cup of water
10. salt
11. Boiled potatoes
12. Corriander leaves
13. Lemon
