turmeric powder and salt for soaking of cauliflower
red chilli powder, 1 spoon
maida 150 gms
cornflour 3 spoon regular spoon
oil for deep frying
for Preparation of sauce
onion finely chopped
spring onion finely chopped
ginger garlic finely chopped
red chilli powder
green chillies chopped
tomoto sauce 3 spoon, regular spoon
chilli sauce one and half spoon
soya sauce one and half spoon
vinegar one and half spoon
bit spring onion for garnishing after preparation is over
