Healthy Breakfast / Dinner
Ingredients Needed
Beans 250gms
Onion 1 Large – Finely chopped
Grated One Large Carrot
Green chillies – Finely chopped
Salt
Rava 250gms
Wheat flour 5 Tbsp
Water Approximately 100ml
Method
1. Wash beans – Chop – then grind it
coarsely in Mixie
2.Take a big Bowl Mix all ingredients…Make chapati Dough consistency
3. Rest dough for 15 Mins
4. after 15 Mins..knead well..Make parata on hot Tava…Serve with Pickle or Curd
