Ingredients for Sabakki idli/Sago idli
1. Sago/Sabudhana/ 3/4th glass before soaking
First wash Sago.. add water only till sago submerges/ Rest for 3 to 4 hour
2. Rava/Idli Rava 1 glass
3. Sour thick butter milk 1 glass
4.Salt
5. Finely chopped shepu/Sabsige soppu
6. Grated carrot
Tempering for idli batter
1. oil 1 to 2 Tbsp
2. Mustard 1 Tsp
3. Channa dal 1 Tbsp
Ingredients for chutney
1.oil 1 Tbsp
2. Garlic pods 5 to 6
3. Dried red chillis
4. Tamarind
5. Roastedgram 4 to 5
6. salt
