Hello Everyone, Welcome to My channel ‘Namma Adige’, Quick and easy recipes in kannada, Today’s recipe is unique recipe, healthy breakfast recipe using tur dal and Heerekayi or ridge gourd

Ingredients
Raw rice 1 glass
Tur dal half glass
soak for 3 hours
Blend into fine batter
Ferment for 8 to 10 hours
After fermentation
adjust batter into regular dosa batter, neither too thick nor too thin
Add finely chopped onions
finely chopped green chillies
corriander leaves /finelly chopped
grated ridegourd/ i have used 2 medium sized ridge gourd
