Ingredients
For Rasam Powder
Channa dal 1 Tbsp
Dhaniya 1 Tbsp
Jeera half tsp
black pepper half Tsp
methi quarter tsp
Dried red chillies 2 types
curry leaves

For Grinding
Rasam powder plus grated fresh coconut
half cup of water

Rasam Making
Tamarind water
Tomato and green chillies
blended paste
salt
jaggery
corriander leaves

Tempering
oil
mustard
Dried red chillies
curry leaves
