1. Rave /Sooji 250gms/1 glass
2. Sour curd half glass
3. Salt
4. Corriander leaves fistful
5. Pinch of cooking soda

Rave Idli Tempering
1. Oil 1 to 2 Tbsp
2. Mustard/1 Tsp
3. Channa dal/KAdlebele 1 Tbsp
4. Ginger
5. Green Chillies

Ingredients for Shenga Chutney

1. Groundnuts Roasted
2. Red chilies dried
3. Garlic poda
4. Tamarind
5.salt

Chutney Tempering
1. Oil
2. Mustard 1 Tsp
3. Curry Leaves
