Ingredients
1. Channa dal 5 Tbsp
2. Urad dal 5 Tbsp
3. Methi quarter tsp
4. Garlic pods
5. Dried red chillies
6. Tamarind
7. Curry leaves 1 big bowl
8. salt
9. Grated fresh coconut/half coconut is used
you can use dry coconut also

Tempering
1. oil
2. Mustard
3. Dried red chillies
4. Hing
