Ingredients
Raw rice 3 glasses
Urad dal 3/4th glass
poha/Avalakki 3/4th glass
kadlebele/channa dal 1 Tbsp
Menthya/methi 1 Tsp

Wash all ingredients Twice/Thrice

soak for 6 hours

Grinding
Ferment for minimum 8 to 10 hours
Batter consistency should not neither too thick nor too thin
