Hello Everyone welcome to my channel ‘Namma Adige’ In today’s video I’m sharing super soft Rice dose ,Perfect Chutney and Potato masala recipe

Ingredients for Dosa Batter

1. Raw Rice 3 glasses
2. Urad dal half glass
3. Menthya/Fenugreek seeds 1 Tbsp
4. Poha/Avalakki 1 and quarter glass
5. Sabakki/Sabudhana Quarter glass

Soak all ingredients for 4 to 5 hours

After 5 hours /Grind into fine batter

Ferment for 8 to 10 hours

After fermentation Take out Required amount of batter
then add
1. Rice flour 1 Tbsp
2. Salt
3. Quarter Tsp Sugar (optional)

Ingredients for Chutney

1. Oil 1 Tsp /Roast 2 to 3 green chilli Garlic pods 3 to 4 and Tamarind
for 2 mins in low flame
2. Coconut fresh chopped or grated
3. Groundnuts approximately 50gms/Roasted
4. Roasted gram 50 gms
5. Curry leaves
6. Salt
7. Corriander leaves with stem

Ingredients for Alugadde Palya

1. oil 2 to 3 Tbsp
2. Mustard 1 Tsp/Urad dal 1 Tbsp
3. Green chillies and curry leaves
4. Onion2 Large
5. Tomato 1 medium sized
6. Turmeric powder
7. Water/half cup
8. Boiled potatoes
9. Salt
10. Corriander leaves
11. Lemon
