Today’s is receipe is super soft thatte idli or plate, I used to have thatte idli in my sister place , from nearby hotel, it was really awesome, so soft, nice texture, they won’t make thicker thatte idli, will be bit thinner, for extra softness they add Rice ganji it seems, but I don’t know, but I have added sabudhana or sabakki for that extra softness, very nice receipe, In this video i have shown two receipes another receipe is Red chutney or kempu chutney that will be served with thatte idli, very nice side dish with idli dosa or paddu
Ingredients for Thatte idli
3 glasses of Rice
1 glass of urad dal
half glass poha
quarter glass sabakki
1 Tbsp Methi seeds
For Red chutney
Oil
Onion 2 medium sized
Garlic 1 full medium sized
jeera 1 Tbsp
Curry leaves 8
Tamarind
1 medium sized tomoto
salt
jaggery
