2. 1 Cup Mung dal/Hesarubele
3. half cup Rice
4. 1 Tbsp methi/Menthya
Soaked for 2 hours
5. Salt
6. Turmeric powder
7. grated fresh coconut
No fermentation is required
Regular dosa batter consistency
