Ingredients for Jeera Rice

1. Rice 1 glass water 2 glasses
2. Ghee and Oil 1 Tbsp each
3. Jeera 1 Tbsp
4. Black Pepper quarter tsp
5. onion 1 Large sliced
6. salt
7. Clove, Cinnamon and cashewnuts

Ingredients for Dal Tadka/Dal fry

1. Oil and Ghee 1 Tbsp each
2. Onion 1 large/finely chopped
3. Green chillies
4. Tomato 1 LArge/Finley chopped
5. Byadgi Red chilli Powder and Dhaniya Powder 1 Tbsp each
6. Salt
7. Cooked Tur dal and Mung dal 1 Glass Tur dal and quarter glass mung dal

Ingredients for Tadka

1. Ghee/1 tbsp
2. Jeera
3. Dried Red chillies/Curry Leaves
