Ingredients for idli batter

Boiled rice 1.5 cups
Raw rice 1.5 cups
Urad dal 3/4th cup
Poha or avalakki 1/4th cup
Menthya 1 Tbsp

Soak for 10 hours grind.. fermant it for 12 to 14 hours,
add salt before fermanting only

Ingredients for tempering
Ghee 1 Tbsp
mustard seeds
Hing
urad dal
channa dal
cashew nut
green chillies
curry leaves

ingredients for coconut chutney

1 cup grated coconut
green chillies
garlic
curry leaves
tamarind
salt

For Chutney tempering
oil
mustard seeds
hing
red chillies and curry leaves
