1. Grated Raw Potato
4 Medium sized raw potato is used
2. Finely chopped cabbage
3. Cornflour 2 Tbsp
4. Maida 2 Tbsp
5. Salt
6. Finely chopped Ginger and Garlic
7. Byadgi Red chilli Powder
Ingredients for manchurian Gravy
1. Oil 2 to 3 Tbsp
2. finley chopped 1 large Onion
3. Green chillies
4. Capsicum slilced
5. Tomato Ketchup 1 Tbsp
6. Tomato chilli sauce 1 Tbsp
7. Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp
8. Vinegar 1 Tbsp
9. 1 Tbsp cornflour dissolved inhalf cup of water
10. pinch of salt
11. Spring onions
