Rava / Semolina – 1 tbsp
Chilli powder – ½ tbsp
Salt to taste
Kuzhambu:-
Tomato – 1
Onion – 10
Garlic – 8
Red Chilli powder – 1 ½ tbsp
Turmeric powder – a pinch
For Seasoning:-
Mustard – ¼ tsp
Cumin Seeds – ½ tsp
Asafoetida – a pinch
To Grind:-
Coriander seeds – 2 tbsp
Chana dal / gram dal – 1 tbsp
Pepper corns – ½ tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts – 10
Fenugreek seeds – ¼ tsp
