Water – 1/2 cup
Salt to taste

Murungai Keerai Paal Kootu / Drumstick Leaves Curry :

Drumstick Leaves – 150 g
Boiled Moong Dal – 50 g
Big Onion – 1
Coconut Milk – 100 ml (Thick consistency Milk)
Oil – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Ghee – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Raw Mango Carrot Rice :

Boiled Rice
Grated Raw Mango – 2 Handful
Grated Carrot – 1 Handful
Green Chilli – 2
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Urad Dal – 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli – 2
Asafoetida – A Pinch
Curry Leaves – Little
Salt to taste

Potato Fry / Urulaikilangu Varuval :

Potato – 3
Oil – 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Fennel Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Urad Dal – 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves – Little
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Curry Masal Powder – As Per your taste
Salt to taste

Note : If you Don’t have Curr Masal Powder

Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds Powder – 1/2 tsp

Barnyard Millet curd Rice / Kuthiraivalli Curd Rice :

Barnyard Millet / Kuthiraivalli – 1 cup
Water – 3 cup
Full Fat Boiled Milk – 1/2 cup
Curd – 2 tsp
Oil – 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Urad Dal – 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Green Chilli – 1
Curry Leaves
Asafoetida – A Pinch
