Ingredients for Strawberry Chaat
➜ 350 grams of fresh strawberries
➜ 1/2 teaspoon of black salt
➜ Regular salt, to taste
➜ 2-3 tablespoons of coriander leaves
➜ 1 teaspoon of chaat masala powder
➜ 1 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder
➜ 2-3 tablespoons of honey or sugar
➜ 1/2 teaspoon of Kashmiri red chili powder
➜ 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
➜ ¼ cup of boondi (crispy fried gram flour puffs)
➜ 1/4 cup of sev (crispy fried gram flour noodles)

How to make Strawberry Chaat

1. Remove the hulls and green tops from the strawberries and quarter or dice them. Also, chop the coriander leaves. Keep them aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced strawberries, coriander leaves, black salt, regular salt, red chili powder, chaat masala powder, roasted cumin powder, honey, and fresh lemon juice. Mix well to combine. Keep it aside for 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld.
3. Serve the strawberry chaat in a bowl or on a plate, garnished with sev, coriander leaves, boondi, or any other toppings of your choice.

NOTES:
You can also add roasted or masala peanuts as a topping.
Other fruits and veggies can also be added here.
