How to Make Kopra Pak | Nariyal Ki Burfi | खोपरा पाक रेसिपी

Kopra Pak | Nariyal Ki Burfi is a very sophisticatedly and delicately flavored coconut sweet/mithai. It has intense coconut flavor and an amazing texture. There really are no words for this, other than it is incredibly delish, super nutty and perfectly sweet to satisfy your sweet cravings. Coconut lovers, this one is for you.

Serves – 8 pieces

Ingredients:

Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut – 1 Cup
Mawa – 1 Cup
Ghee – 1 Tbsp
Ground Cardamom – 1 Tsp
Whole Milk – 1 Cup
Powdered Sugar – 1/2 Cup (Or As Per Taste)
Pistachio, chopped For Garnish

Instructions:

Heat a pan over medium heat. Add coconut and dry roast it for 2-3 mins.

Add crumbled mawa/mava and sauté it for 3-4 mins.

Add milk and cook for 5 mins stirring continuously.

Add sugar and cook for 5-7 mins or till the mixture is almost thick and lumpy as shown in the video.

Now add ghee and cardamom and cook for 2 mins while stirring continuously. Remove from the heat.

Grease a pan with ghee and transfer the mixture into the pan and spread it evenly using a flat ladle. I used a 7×7 inch here.

Garnish with chopped pistachio and lightly.

Decorate with silver leaf. This step is completely optional.

Let it cool completely for 45-60 mins.

Cut into square pieces and serve or store in an air-tight container.
