Medium Sized Poha Or Flattened/beaten Rice – 2 Cups
Onion, Chopped – 1 Large
Green Chillies, Chopped – 4-5
Mustard Seeds – 1 Tsp
Coriander Seeds – 1 Tsp (Optional)
Fennel Seeds – 1 Tsp
Oil – 2 Tbsp
Turmeric – 1/4 Tsp
Sugar – 1 Tbsp
Pinch Of Asafetida
Lemon Juice – 2 Tbsp
Salt To Taste
For Serving:
Sev / Spicy Gram Flour Noodles – 1/2 Cup
Coriander Leaves, Chopped – 1 Tbsp
Finely Chopped Onions For Topping
Coriander Leaves
Jeeravan Or Chaat Masala
