Ingredients For Strawberry Overnight Oats
➜ 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
➜ 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
➜ 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
➜ 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
➜ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
➜ Pinch of sea salt
➜ 1 cup chopped strawberries

Toppings for serving
➜ Sliced strawberries
➜ Sunflower seeds
➜ Chia seeds
➜ Strawberry jam (optional)

How to make Strawberry Overnight Oats
1. Place the fresh strawberries on a chopping board and cut off the leafy top. Quarter or roughly chop them. Keep the chopped strawberries aside.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup/honey, and vanilla extract, vanilla extract.
3. Mix well to combine all ingredients. Add chopped strawberries, and give it a quick mix. Next, add a pinch of sea salt and mix again.
4. Transfer the mixture to a jar or container with a lid. Cover it with the lid, place it in the refrigerator, and let it sit for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
5. In the morning, you can add more almond milk if the mixture has thickened. Just add the milk and give the mixture a good stir until it reaches the desired consistency. Top it with sliced strawberries, strawberry jam, chia seeds, and sunflower seeds. Enjoy this delightful and wholesome breakfast.
