☛ 1/2 cup whole milk (full-fat)
☛ 1/3 cup sugar, or as per taste
☛ 2 cups whole milk powder
☛ 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

For Decoration:
☛ 7-8 saffron strands
☛ 2-3 tablespoons pistachios, sliced
☛ 2-3 tablespoons almonds, sliced
