INGREDIENTS:
For Besan ladoo:
❖ 1 & 1/4 cups besan (gram flour)
❖ 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons + 1 tablespoon ghee (You can add more ❖ ghee, if the mixture feels dried)
❖ 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons powdered sugar or boora sugar/tagar (You can add more sugar, if you like)
Optional Ingredients:
❖ 1/4 tsp cardamoms powder (hari ilaichi powder)
❖ 2 tablespoons sliced almonds or cashews (optional)
❖ For Garnish – Almonds or pistachios
