Curried Egg Salad Sandwich

Curried Egg Salad Sandwiches come together really quick. And nothing needs to be cooked except toasting bread. A hint of curry powder which added a bit of spice. And then dijon vinaigrette which takes it up a notch and adds a pretty yellow color.
