For Chips Chaat:
☛ 2 cups + 3 tablespoons salted potato chips
☛ 1 medium-sized onion, chopped
☛ 1 medium-sized tomato, chopped
☛ 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
☛ 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (coriander) leaves
☛ 1/4 cup boiled corn kernels
☛ 1/4 cup sweet tamarind chutney
☛ 1/4 cup green mint coriander chutney
☛ 1/2 cup whisked yogurt (curd), or as needed
☛ Thin or Nylon sev (optional)
☛ Chaat masala powder to taste
☛ Black salt or regular salt to taste
☛ Red chili powder to taste
☛ Lemon juice

How to make chips chaat:
1. Arrange the 2 cups of potato chips on a serving plate.
2. Top with chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber, and boiled corn kernels, and chopped green chilies.
3. Drizzle with whisked yogurt, sweet tamarind chutney, mint coriander chutney, and chopped coriander.
4. Sprinkle with chaat masala powder, black salt, and red chili powder.
5. Crush 3 tablespoon chips and add them to the plate.
6. Sprinkle with nylon sev and some chopped coriander leaves. Also, drizzle with lemon juice.
7. Serve immediately before the chips get soggy.
