I'm laughing Anu only because we do things differently..I cut my peppers lengthwise and I'll tell you why..Doing it the way you do it can lead to holes in the peppers because the base with the stem may have been removed along with some flesh giving you a hole in the pepper and it is easily done trouble is you don't realise until you look at the bottom of the oven dish..Plus I like the boat shape of a pepper..I was thinking you could let that mash cool down form it into patties and cover it in batter then deep fry it..mmm now there's a thing lol
