Best Rose Masala Chai | How to Make Indian Rose Tea

Serves – 2

Ingredients:
Black tea leaves – 1 tbsp, or tea bags (2)
Water – 1 1/2 Cup
Milk – 1½ Cup
Cinnamon Stick – 1
Cardamom Powder – 1 Tsp
Fresh Ginger – 1 – Inch Piece
Dried Rose Petals – 4 Tbsp
Cloves – 4
Fennel Seeds – 1 Tbsp
Rose Water – 1 Tbsp
Sugar – 3 Tbsp Or As Per Taste

Instructions:
1. Crush cinnamon stick, cloves, fennel seeds and ginger in a mortar-pestle and set aside.
2. Pour the water into a pan and add crushed cinnamon, cloves, fennel seeds, and ginger.
3. Add rose petals and then bring it to a boil.
4. Add tea leaves, sugar and boil for 3-4 minutes.
5. Add milk, cardamom and let it come to a boil.
6. Turn heat to low then boil for 5 mins.
7. Now add the rose water and boil for 2 more mins. Strain the tea into cups and serve immediately.
