Ingredients For Watermelon Sorbet:
☛ Half watermelon (about 700 grams)
☛ 3 tablespoons honey or as per taste
☛ 2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
How to Make Watermelon Sorbet:
1. Slice watermelon, remove the rind and cut into cubes. This would be about 4 cups (about 616 grams).
2. Arrange watermelon cubes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking tray.
3. Freeze watermelon chunks for 4 hours or overnight.
4. Add frozen watermelon chunks to the food processor or a high-power blender.
5. Also add lime juice, and honey to it and puree until smooth. If watermelon is not hard without liquid, then you can add 2-3 tablespoons of warm water and press down with a spatula.
6. Once done, add pureed watermelon to a freezer-safe container.
7. Smooth out the top and cover with plastic wrap.
8. Freeze for 2-4 hours or until firm and scoopable.
9. Scoop sorbet into serving dishes and serve immediately!
