Bread as required
Ghee / butter – 4 tbsp
Milk powder – 4 thsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Milk – very little
Corn flakes
Coconut oil

Hi everyone, today I am here with a sweet snack recipe which can be easily made at home even by children..

First, to prepare the filling, melt some butter or ghee and bring it to room temperature.
Next, add 4 tablespoons of milk powder, 4 tablespoons of melted room temperature ghee or butter and a tablespoon of sugar in a mixing bowl and mix everything really well to form a smooth paste.. if the mixture seems too thick, you can use some milk to adjust the consistency to smooth and creamy.
Once the filling is ready, set aside.

You may adjust the quantity if sugar depending on how the milk powder you use tastes.

After the filling is ready, lay a slice of bread on a plate and spread a generous amount of the prepared cream filling in the centre of the bread and close it with another slice of bread.
White bread will taste the best for this recipe.

After closing the filling between two slices of bread, using any round edged object, cutout circle from the centre of the bread and discard the sides and use it to make breadcrumbs later..

Next, if you are a non-vegetarian, beat an egg in a bowl and keep it ready to dip the snack before frying, and if you are a vegetarian mix some plain flour in water and make some slurry and set aside.
Along with this, crush some cornflkes with your hands gently and spread it on a plate to give a crispy coating to the snack before frying.

Once everything is ready, take the snack and dip it in either the beaten egg or the slurry and roll it in the crushed cornflakes and make sure it’s well coated with the cornflakes on all the sides.

When that is done, heat a little coconut oil in a pan and shallow fry these on both the sides until the outer coating is completely cooked and the cornflakes turn crispy and golden.
Once done, transfer to a serving plate..
