Hi everyone, to prepare this easy evening wheat flour snack, first add a small piece of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic and some coriander leaves into the medium jar of a mixer grinder and add very little water and grind it into a watery paste and then set it aside.

Next, add a cup of wheat flour into a mixing bowl and season it with some salt to taste and give a mix so that the salt spreads evenly..
Next, add the prepared paste along with some extra water to mix it into a batter with the consistency of Dosa batter, which can be poured using a ladle..
Once the batter is ready, set it aside while we prepare the filling for the snack.

To prepare the filling, heat some sunflower oil or any oil of your choice in a pan and add some mustard seeds and let it pop.
Next, add a pinch of cumin seeds, followed by a medium-sized finely chopped onion.
After adding the onion, add a small piece of finely chopped ginger and sauté until the onions start to turn soft. Adding mustard seeds and cumin seeds is totally optional.
Next, add finely chopped capsicum and finely chopped green chilli and sauté until everything turns soft.
Next, add chopped boiled eggs, some coriander leaves and some salt to taste and garam masala to taste..

If you are a vegetarian and if you do not eat eggs, you can add boiled and mashed potatoes instead of boiled eggs.

After tossing everything well with the mixture, the feeling is now ready.

Once the filling and the batter is ready, we can start preparing the snack by heating a small pan and greasing it with a little oil.
Next, pour a ladle of the batter on to the pain and hold the band around to make small and round and thin appams..
Once these appams cook on both sides, remove it to work late and set aside..

Once all these are ready, plays a good amount of the filling in the centre of each Appam and fold it into rectangular boxes as you can see in the video and use the leftover batter to stick the edges.

When the snack is ready, add a little oil to the pan and shallow fry these on either side until crisp and golden.

Once ready, transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!!
