എളുപ്പത്തിൽ അപ്പത്തിനും ചപ്പാത്തിക്കും രുചികരമായ മുട്ട കറി || Egg Curry in Thick gravy

Ingredients:
Eggs – 6 (Boiled and deshelled)
Onion – 6 (Thinly sliced)
Ginger – 1 big piece (Crushed)
Green chilly – 8
Curry leaves
Tomato – 1½ small
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Pepper powder – 1½ tsp
Garam masala – 1¾ tsp
Milk – 1½ cup (Or coconut milk)
Cashew nut
Salt
Oil
Steps:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onion, ginger, green chilly and curry leaves.
When the onion becomes soft, lower the flame and add turmeric powder. Sauté till the raw smell goes away.
Add pepper powder and garam masala.
Add tomato and salt.
Cook uncovered for 2 minutes.
Add milk.
Increase the flame and add eggs.
Bring it to a boil.
Once it comes to a boil, switch off.
Heat ghee / oil in a pan.
Add cashewnuts and fry till golden.
Add this to the curry.
Serve with appam or bread.
