STRAWBERRY PUDDING
Jelly – ½ packet or as required
Water – 1 cup or as required
Strawberry – 10 nos
Icing sugar / powdered sugar – 7 tbsp
Whipping cream – 1 cup
Grated coconut + sugar – to garnish
Hi everyone, today I am going to make Easter special jelly pudding..
To prepare the first jelly layer, prepare half packet or one packet of jelly with the instructions provided on the back of the packet .
Cooking instructions for jelly will depend on the brand you choose.
When the jelly is ready, transfer it to the pudding tin and leave it in the refrigerator to set and cool.
Next, grind together the outer red portion of 10 strawberries along with 7 tablespoons of icing sugar in the mixer grinder and transfer it into a large mixing bowl . Make sure to use only the red part of the strawberry, and discard the middle light part, as it will contain a lot of water content and will turn the pudding soggy..
Next, taste puréed strawberry to see if it’s sweet enough and add more powdered sugar or icing sugar as per your taste preference, if needed.
Now, into the strawberry purée add a cup of heavy whipping cream and start beating it with an electric mixer, starting on a low speed and then increasing it to high, until the cream is fluffy and thick .
Once the cream layer is ready, lay this on top of the cooled jelly layer as the second layer and garnish it with come grated coconut mixed with sugar or some nuts of your choice.
After the second layer is done, leave it in the refrigerator or freezer to cool and set.
Once the pudding is ready, cut and serve
