Vendakka Moru Curry
Description :
Ingredient
Okra – 100 gms.
Yogurt – 7 tbsp.
Grated coconut – 7 tbsp.
Cumin powder – ½ tbsp.
Garlic – 4 nos.
Green chilly – as needed.
Cashew nuts(optional) – ½ tbsp.
For tempering
Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp.
Shallots – 3 nos.
Dried chilly – as needed.
Turmeric powder – ¼ tbsp.
Asafoetida – 3 pinch.
Coriander leaves / Curry leaves – as needed.
Method
Grind grated coconut, garlic, green chilli, cashew nuts and cumin powder with enough water to a smooth paste. Add yogurt and grind one more time.
