    Green chillies as per taste
    2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Coriander and mint leaves – handful each
Paste these in a blender to paste

    After dat add :
    1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
    1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
    1/4 tbsp cumin powder
    1 tbsp garam masala
    1/2 tbsp pepper

Mix well with hand. Roll into cutlet /Pattie /kebab shape.
