Quick and Easy Fried Rice-(Select HD Quality)-

Ingredients
Jasmine rice – 1 cup.
Eggs – 2 nos.
Beans chopped – as needed.
Carrot chopped – as needed.
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
Green chili sauce – 1 ½ tbsp.
Method
Bring 2 cups of water to boil in a pot. Add 1 cup rice and salt to the boiling water. Cover and cook at a medium flame till rice done and all the water is absorbed. It is recommended that you cook the rice one day in advance and refrigerate it. This would help the rice to stay firm while making the fried rice.
Cook beans and carrots with just enough water and salt.
Heat oil in a pan. Add eggs and salt. Keep scrambling the eggs and cook till the eggs are just done. Add beans and carrots. Mix well. Turn heat to high. Add soy sauce and chilli sauce. Mix well, add cooked rice.
Mix well, switch off flame and Enjoy!!!
