Parle G കൊണ്ട് അടിപൊളി ഐസ് ക്രീം No Ice Cream Machine NO Cream..No electric Hand mixer

Ingredients:
Parle-G biscuit – 2 small packet / 24 biscuits
Milk – 2 cups / 500 ml
Sugar – 5 tbsp
Unsweetened cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
Condensed Milk – 4 tbsp (http://y2u.be/fZptrVq6nI0)
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp

Steps:
Bring milk to boil and switch off the flame.
Add biscuits and mix well.
Add sugar, cocoa powder, condensed milk and milk well.
When it becomes cool, add vanilla essence and pulse in the mixie to get a smooth and creamy paste.

Line a rectangular dish with butter paper or cling wrap.
Transfer the mixture to the dish.
Smoothen the top.
Cover and transfer to the freezer for 6-8 hours.
Remove and cut into medium thick bars.
Enjoy the Parle-G ice cream

Note: To get a silky texture, you can pulse the ice cream again in a mixie once the ice cream is 75% set and leave in the freezer to get set again.
