NO BIRYANI ചോറും മുളകും ഉണ്ടോ വയറുനിറച്ചു കഴിക്കാം || NO CHICKEN COOKED RICE, RED CHILLIES!

Description :

Cooked rice

Dried red chillies – 4

Cloves – 4

Cinnamon – 1 stick

Star anise – 1

Grated nutmeg

Coconut oil

Curry leaves

Water – 3 tbsp

Salt

To prepare the simple rice, heat some coconut oil in a pan and add a small stick of cinnamon, four cloves, a small star anise and roast the whole spices in the oil on a very low flame until it turns aromatic..

Next, add four dried red chilies into the pan and fry the chilies in the oil on a very low flame as well..

For the Nextep, add 3 tablespoons of water and bring it to a boil and add some salt to taste and then boil and reduce the water to 1 tablespoon..

Next, add grated nutmeg as per your taste.

When the water has reduced, add as much cooked rice as you would like and mix it with the prepared liquid masala.

Once done, your rice is ready to be served..!!

For the second recipe, prepare a Chapati and grease one side with some butter and then place teo slices of cheese in the middle..

Next, evenly spread a layer of white chickpea curry and then ground beef on top of the chickpea and then add some sliced onion and close the Chapati in half..

you may also add some mayonnaises if you like.,

make a cut in the middle and it’s ready to be served..!!
