Masala Egg Bread Toast
Description :
Ingredients:
Bread – 5 slices
Egg – 2
Milk – 4-5 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – ½ tbsp
Pepper powder – To taste
Turmeric powder – 2 pinches
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil
Steps:
Crack in eggs to a wide bowl.
Add milk, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and salt.
Mix well with a fork.
Cut off a small portion from the 4 edges.
Cut the bread to your desired shape.
Heat a pan and sprinkle some oil.
Dip each piece of bread in the egg mixture and cook on medium flame.
Do not leave the bread in the egg mixture. Just dip and remove.
Flip and cook both sides.
Enjoy the masala egg toast, after it cools down.
